Detox Protocol

Your body will immediately want to purge toxins and waste products from your system once you have been in the EESystem.

Plan to do a detox bath or foot soak within 24 hours of your visit to the EESystem, and more than once over the following week.

DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP.

The goal is to help these elements escape the body as efficiently as possible. The longer it takes, the more likely we are to re-absorb them and continue carrying them around.

* If you need some help getting started, ask about “convenience packs” of salt and baking soda (we may have some in-stock).  These typically do not include the borax, but are intended to help you get started and shorten your shopping list.

Recipes

In order of preference:

Detox Bath

2 cups Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt (not Epsom Salt)

2 cups Baking Soda

1 cup 20 Mules Borax

Disolve in water and soak in warm water for at least 20 minutes.

Foot Soak

1 cup Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt (not Epsom Salt)

1 cup Baking Soda

1/2 cup 20 Mules Borax

Disolve in water and soak feet (as high up the legs as possible) in warm water for at least 20 minutes.

Alternative

If you only have access to a shower and cannot find a way to soak your body in this mixture, you can mix your salt, baking soda, and borax with coconut oil until it makes a paste.  This can be applied directly to your body.  Let the paste stand for as long as you can (without it drying) before washing off.  Since you don’t have the benefit of the prolonged exposure to warm water to help with the detox, you will want to do this more frequently than the soaks.  Daily for the week after your session is good.
